        仪器仪表的“低碳”发展方向

        节能降耗、减少排放和低碳经济成为长期发展趋势,上述趋势也带动了一批高速发展的产业。例如,风电、核电、智能电网、高速列车和轨道交通等,这些产业对仪器仪表提出了新的要求。
        若要实现节能减排的目标,就必须对能源进行精确采集、计量与实时监控、分析,并对负荷进行控制,这就要求仪器仪表、尤其的电能计量仪表和用电自动化管理系统产品具备高智能、网络化、可靠性强的特点。
        虽然许多仪器仪表供应商的产品不能直接产生低碳效益,但是供应商本身却可以提供先进的仪表,以提高用户的生产效率,提升产品质量,监控排放,为低碳经济作出贡献。
        我国仪器仪表行业还处于整体实力比较弱的阶段,要注重产品科技含量的提升。其中,一个很重要的方向是产品的智能化。智能化产业即的低碳经济,又具备先进的技术,符合目前的整体经济发展方向。不过,我国智能化领域最薄弱、最需要发展的恰恰是仪器、仪表等基础产业。智能化产业的前行依赖生产仪器、仪表等基础产业的进步,因此,仪器仪表行业应抓住当前机遇,努力开发新产业需要的新型仪器仪表产品。
        “低碳经济”需要“低碳技术”做支撑
        “低碳经济”意味着能源结构的调整、产业结构的调整以及技术的革新,推动一系列产业发展壮大。低碳经济的重大支撑是“低碳技术”,如果没有先进科技的引导,就不会有低碳经济的蓬勃发展。低碳技术涉及电力、交通、建筑、治金、化工、石化等部门以及在可再生能源及新能源、煤的清洁高效利用、油气资源和煤层气的斟探开发、二氧化碳捕获与埋存等领域开发的有效控制温室气体排放的新技术。
        向低碳经济转型已经是能源行业的大势所趋,高耗能的设备必定不适合未来能源发展需要,怎样将先进的技术有效应用到设备上,是仪器仪表企业必须考虑的问题。低碳经济的大趋势为仪器仪表行业带来的不仅是机遇还有更加严峻的挑战。对于仪器仪表企业来说,是否掌握低碳技术已经不是能否抓住低碳经济带来的商机问题,而是能否生存的问题。此时的仪器仪表行业,如逆水行舟,不进则退。掌握低碳技术的企业,不但抓住了商机更保住了自己的市场地位,反之,不但与机遇失之交臂,甚至会被市场淘汰出局。
        在这种情况下,任何没有跟上形势、缺乏新技术的企业,都会被市场大潮所吞没;而懂得审时度势、优先掌握先进技术的企业,会得到市场的青睐。总之,跟上科技发展形势,抓住关键技术,是低碳经济转型的仪器仪表企业应该也必须做到的。

How to effectively apply advanced technology to equipment is a problem that instrument enterprises must consider. The trend of low carbon economy brings not only opportunities but also more severe challenges to instrument industry. For instrument and instrument enterprises, whether to grasp low-carbon technology is not whether to seize the business opportunities brought by low-carbon economy, but whether to survive. At this time, the instrumentation industry, such as sailing against the water, will go backwards if it does not advance. Enterprises with low-carbon technology not only seize business opportunities but also maintain their market position. On the contrary, they will not only miss opportunities, but also be eliminated from the market.
         
        In this case, any enterprise that does not keep up with the situation and lacks new technology will be engulfed by the market tide; and the enterprise that knows how to judge the situation and grasp advanced technology first will be favored by the market. In a word, keeping up with the development of science and technology and grasping the key technologies are what instrument and instrument enterprises should and must do in the transformation of low-carbon economy.
