        (1)变送器本身的产品质量问题;
        (2)导压管路不畅通;
        (3)温度的影响;
        (4)机械位移的影响。
        为了确定导致问题的原因,我们只有逐一排查。首先我们要检查导压管路,检测是否有应力的存在,如果发现有较大应力,就要进行应力消除工作。其次,检查变送器安装是否牢固,因为变送器安装不牢固就会产生机械位移,造成变送器零点漂移,因此需要检查变送器安装情况,仔细检查各变送器支架安装是否牢固,如发现部分变送器支架安装不牢固,就需要进行变送器紧固工作,此时故障则基本可以被排除了。
